iPhones Overload AT&T’s Network, Angering Customers - NYTimes.com. The iPhone wasn’t released yesterday, it was released over two years ago. I realize that he meant “overnight” as a metaphor, but using “overnight” as a metaphor for “over two years” is a poor choice when you’ve been under-serving your customers that entire time. Why doesn’t the Times call executives out on this kind of crap?
