Schneier on Security: The Exclusionary Rule and Security. Unfortunately it’s not surprising that the court got this wrong, as our legal system has a long standing tradition of treating technology as something extra-ordinary in the context of law. Come on, SCOTUS: having a computer involved shouldn’t magically turn an illegal search into a legal one.
