In Warrantless Wiretapping Case, Obama DOJ’s New Arguments Are Worse Than Bush’s. Let’s hope this is “just” a case of the Obama administration mismanaging the Department of Justice, and that the DOJ is not representative of the administrations actual policy goals. Let’s hope.
